Darkness is a 5,000-year-old Taoist technology, an extraordinary path to spiritual enlightenment and physical healing.
This November we have a special course for you with Taoist meditations in the darkroom in the Tatra mountains.
How can darkness help your spiritual development?
Scientifically speaking, when you are in the dark, your melatonin is produced more than usual and when it reaches 15 - 20 mg, your body starts to produce pinoline - a very powerful superconductor. Your pineal gland will start producing DMT also known as the "Spirit Molecule". You will begin to receive universal energies as the darkness activates the deepest centers of your brain, the glands in the Crystal Palace. Thus, in the darkness you can access higher levels of consciousness and wisdom, connect with your true self and discover your true purpose in life.

Important dietary preparations for staying in the dark
Staying in the dark is traditionally accompanied by the Pi Gu energy fast. With Pi Gu, you abstain from grains, meat, dairy products, egg yolks and processed foods. You can also use special Pi Gu pills and herbal detox kits to boost the body's energy and effectively remove toxins.
The Pi Gu condition has tremendous healing power. It also allows for a fruitful spiritual practice, as only a healthy and detoxified body can be a physically fit vehicle from which to launch astral travel to multidimensional orbits.
No grain, elixir in saliva
Start telling the body to restrict food and stick to only the bare essentials. (No cereal). We need to make a Qi Gong elixir to help swallow and squeeze the Qi. The stomach flattens, but you have to swallow the Saliva Elixir to help it reduce its size and therefore its need to chew food and mix it with O2, Nitrogen, Qi from the Universe, our hormones and sex hormones, which will mix to form the Elixir.
Reduce the work of the stomach
During the retreat in the dark, we will help you pass on energy and information to help reduce the capacity of the stomach and induce a state of Pi gu. This will stop the craving for certain foods, which is like a memory that can be erased. If you swallow the elixir of saliva Mix Qi and air, you will not have the same feeling of hunger. This state of Pi Gu in the darkness provides tremendous healing power.
During the retreat in the dark, you should feel weight loss, but it is not only due to fasting, but you will be filling your stomach and body with Qi.
