We are happy to invite you on Spring Retreat Tao Energy Exercises in Slovakia 2026 in April
School place Oaza Svateho Filipa 550 m. above sea level in middle of Europe Kremnické vrchy near Kremnica,
Come and have a good workout with us in the alpine environment, recharge your strength and recharge your battery after the winter season.
At the same time to improve in the physical exercises of Iron Shirt , Tantien chikung, but also to relax with Taojin and wellness without the usual daily distractions of surroundings and work.
Planned to practice outdoors in the mountain air, warmer clothing is recommended.
A hike to view out Skalka for beautiful views of the Kremnické vrchy/ possible get amazing Ferrata climbing with levels ABCDEF.
Visiting great historical city Kremnica, in the middle of Europe.
The main topic will be the exercises of Tantien chikung and Iron Shirt. We will focus on building qi pressure and wrapping the organs and fascia and inner layers with chi. The energy of the abdomen of Tantien is the foundation of vitality, strength and resilience. Participation in this weekend refinement camp is highly recommended for anyone who wants to become powerfully energized and regenerated. It will also include instructors testing the Tantien chikung, Taojin and Iron Shirt I postures that are subject to certification.

Methodological Tao yin & Tantien chikung
Tao yin helps to improve the position for the practice of Chikung Iron Shirt and Taichi,
by developing the body's structures, releasing tension and creating a deeper connection with
your Tantien centre - the secondary brain. The principles of movement in Tao yin are
are essentially the same as in Iron Shirt and Tai Chi. It allows for the following 3 forms
exercises to interact and complement each other. The goal of all is to achieve relaxation,
flow of Qi, to centre oneself, to calm oneself, to feel joy and to be full of positive energy as
child. The basic principles of how to practice Tao yin and feel at ease
Tao yin exercises and meditations are mostly practised on the floor lying down or sitting
on the mats. Before starting the practice, we prepare a comfortable place for us to
practice. Take special care not to catch cold from below. In Tao yin
the goal is relaxation.
Tantien chi kung is a basic energetic exercise for the strength of the centre.
It builds the strength of the abdomen, the Qi battery, and helps improve all functions of digestion, absorption, and elimination of the body.
It exercises the basic posture structure while standing and builds Qi pressure.
Dragon and Tiger breath is then applied through 11 silent animal exercises, building strength in each part of the abdomen..
