Saturday: 14 00 Arrival and accommodation, acclimatization
“20 00 - 21 00 Registration and Introduction

Monday through Friday:

“07 00 - 08 00 Morning tapping detox and energy warm-up
“10 00 - 12 00 Morning Theory & practice - Qigong forms L2
“Local walks, relaxation, lunch around...Possible evaluation
“15 00 - 17 00 Afternoon Theory & practice – Qigong forms L2
Saturday: 07 00 - 08 00 Warm-up and Qigong
10 00 - Departure

Prices: Retreat Qigong series level 2, 250€

Evaluation Qigong instructor level 2, 100€

Place: Hotel Spojár – Heart of beautiful West Tatars www.spojar.sk

(10km from Liptovský Mikulaš (LM) direction to Žiar,
300 km from Bratislava, train to LM with bus transfer to hotel
Fly to Vienna, bus to Bratislava, train to LM, Bus to hotel

Fly to Bratislava, train to LM, Bus to hotel

Ask for possible transport Bratislava - Spojar by car

Accommodation: 50€ half pension /night.

Food: on the place ala cart also available
Accommodation and boarding will pay every person on the Reception

At the same time is necessary soon, latest end of June
