Tao at sea - Retreat in Croatia

14^th - 21^th June 2026

It is a relaxing – healing & recovering - improving retreat. Chikung and Tai chi .

Breathing through the skin and special breathing techniques absorb the sea climate through morning exercises. The sea air has a beneficial effect for lungs, kidneys & bones also skin.

With meditation techniques we learn to build contact with spiritual components, purify the heart and soul to feed on natural resources and exchange essence with the sea. In the afternoon, Tao yin and Tai chi will be practised. Bone breathing at sea detoxifies bone marrow and minerals tissue. At the same time, the cosmic inner smile can harmonise and supplement the elements of organs and glands of anyone who is added.

Retreat is for both, advanced, also beginners of Tao

Teaching language: held in Slovak, with direct translating in English

· 08 00 - 09 00 Breakfast

· 09 00 - 11 00 swimming in the sea

· 11 10 - 12 15 Sitting meditation, cleaning and harmonisation techniques

· 14 15 - 15 30 Tao yin and Tai chi form

· 15 30 - 18 30 Bathing & relax

• 18 30 - 20 00 Dinner

• 19 00 - 22 00 Free program, walks by the sea, promenade...

• 06 30 - 07 00 Morning warm-up,

· 09 00 - 10 00 Finish accommodation until 10 00 am
