Prerequisites: Basics of Tao. Course is appropriate if you are:

A beginner who wants to start the Tao journey and learn simple and effective breathing exercises

Looking for a way to relieve stress, bring balance to your life, increase vital life energy

An advanced student who wants to improve and learn the details of breathing in depth

From 14:00 possible arrival and accommodation, acclimatisation

Possible arrival allready from Saturday 10 OCT. on Tatratourism/ Sunday, Monday, Tuesday it will be possible to realize day trips

In case of suitable weather, day trips can be made in amazing national park High Tatras

Štrbské pleso, Popradské pleso, Hincovo pleso, waterfall Skok, and the bravest hike hills like Solisko, Sedielko or up to Rysy 2500 m

Wednesday evening: 19:30 -21:00 Introduction - registration and Tao of Breath lecture

From Thursday to Saturday:

07:30 - 08:30 Detoxification taps/bamboo, iron wire/rattan

08:30 - 10:00 Breakfast

10:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Morning Theory and Practice - Tao of Breath

Local walks, relaxation, lunch nearby.

15:00 - 17:15 Afternoon Theory and Practice and Taojin

17:30 - 19:00 Dinner
